I was ecstatic when I was contacted about photographing her birth!! It has always been a dream of mine to photograph a birth. This mama has worked really hard to carry her baby full term! Carm, her husband; Dave and their whole family were so excited and thankful for this sweet baby girl. They couldn’t wait to meet her! It was a very long day at the hospital but I spent it surrounded by Carm & Dave’s loving family. It was so wonderful for me to be able to capture the entire event for them all. It was a very fun day and at the end of the day we all got to meet the beautiful baby! She ended up being born by c-section so I wasn’t able to capture her birth. Mercy Hospital doesn’t allow photographers in the room for c-sections but we got to meet her right after she was born. It was really amazing for me to be able to capture the very beginning of her life. She was born in to such a loving family and it was an honor for me to be a part of it!
