When I meet with an engaged couple to discuss the exciting details of their wedding day and my role as their photographer, I often find that they have questions regarding the timeline of their day and how it relates to their photography coverage. I take pride in being able to help guide them to create a timeline that will allow them to truly enjoy the full experience of their wedding. Earlier this week I featured images from the ‘getting ready’ part of a wedding day! Following these morning preparations, my couples often choose to have a ‘First Look’.
A ‘First Look’ is when the bride and groom see each other prior to the ceremony. There are many reasons why some of my couples choose to incorporate this in their timeline. For some, it’s because they want the first time they see each other to be more of an intimate moment between just the two of them. Others decide to go this route because it gives them the ability to truly enjoy their entire day together. This also allows the wedding party photos and portraits to take place before the ceremony, which frees up time afterwards for the couple to experience the full cocktail hour with their guest, and to really be present during the reception.
I am currently booking weddings for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. I would love to chat with you about your wedding!! Contact me for more details!!
